Disagree mate, Think he's better than Miller myself. I want a striker to come in and score goals, not one that works hard with little return. Thats no disrespect to Miller mind you, he does really work hard on the pitch, But we all know what we need and that is a prolific striker at this level. Some may argue that Smith isn't such a prolific striker - but he knows his way around this league IMO. You never know though, He may work well with Miller, and bring the best out in him?

Tommy Smith isn't an out and out striker though isn't he? I know he can do a job up front but I always thought he was more of a right winger? We seem to be linked with decent players but they all seem to lack one thing that we need - pace!

Correct he plays wide and has as much pace as Whitts or Mcphail
