Can we use it to report crimes. Ringing 101 is a complete waste of time, you may as well ring the speaking clock.

If you are not too busy sat in front of that computer can you come out and sort those hoodie chavs out that are causing mayhem in my street? If it's not too much trouble like. To give you a heads up they are the ones with hoodie tops on hanging around the corner shop trying to get adults to buy them cheap cider. And if you hang around long enough (half hour should do it) you'll be able to see that 14 year old kid who constantly rides around here on a small motorbike. He's easy to spot, he's the one without the helmet. Oh and you might want to check that on board computer you have in police cars. I seems to be missing the uninsured cars in my street.

Very rarely see any in the city centre these days and there are some right "characters" roaming the streets. I mean during the daytime, because in the nights, there are always plenty. Overtime, maybe?
