Looking like it will be approved cant see FIFA rejecting it , too many bad decisions have been made

Agreed, but the standard of refereeing needs to be improved upon and the authorities need to toughen their stance on cheating. Look at some of the dives yesterday, they were absolutely ridiculous. Time for red cards, bans etc for the cheats, so that the game can go back to being an honourable one, instead of drowning in dishonesty, as it is now.
