Just wondering - driving thru Dowlais Top on Thursday and there is a new yellow lamp post structure stanchion type thing appeared.

If your heading for Ebbw Vale/Abergavenny east bound its just before Asda roundabout.

It may by now have stuff on it - just wondering - is it a speed camera ?

They arwe them Average Spped cams, But dont think they've been set up just yet

Think they are the average speed cameras mate, seen the 1 being fitted day before yesterday so don't think they're up an running yet but I'm still sticking to 60 just incase
