Football league app for I Pad

Any body know whats happened to the football league app for I Pad, it's not in the I tunes app store, but it is on the Cardiff City web site to be down loaded, but when I down load it, it asks for a subscription which I have paid, but every time I go on, it keeps asking for the subscription,and won't allow me in.
Help please?

Works fine on my iPhone, would've thought it would've worked on iPad too

Thanks for the reply rees1927, it works on my I Phone too, but not on my I Pad, sometimes they will only state that it's only for an I phone, but in this case I have already had it working for ages on my I Pad, but now it doesn't.
