are you on about Burnley away 1988? last away game?
i bought this from BFC after so have a copy on video. need to get it put on dvd really.
Apart from being a decent game, its so funny as the commentator is a Burnley fan and he is gutted at the end.
so many Burnley on the pitch at the end, all of the crowd it seems.

they played wolves in the freight rover final there was 60/70,000 there not bad for two 4th division clubs
we also stopped they going to play offs in the days when it was a two leg final

didnt the jacks go up in playoffs that year
think wrexham only just stayed in the league

Stopped somewhere in manchester on the way up ,me and a mate from aberkenfig went into a garage next door to the pub we were in,and asked the woman behind the counter for a token for the car wash ,sloted it in the machine ,then we walked through it while it was on .. ,monster of a trip, transits everywhere, Ran on the pitch after the game, promptly got nicked,
then got bus from burnley to manchester with another cardiff fan when they let us out and everyone had gone !! :o
went to train station ,no trains till 6am mail train, taxi wanted £160, about 8pm now ,debating weather to just spend the money i had in my pocket and get wrecked and worry about it in the morning ,but rang one of the boys who had got home by now
who drove up and picked up us in his biege cortina :old: 4hrs later :ayatollah:
gave him the money i had for fuel ,eventually got in sunday morning
3 months later burnley mag ,only cardiff fan there £275 fine,
they were the best days !!!!
