Star of Wales Victoria Park
Eurasian Canton
Shamrat St Mellons
Spice Island Rumney

All above very good, If i had to choose one it would be the Eurasian due to the choice on the menu.I also believe it is the oldest Indian restaurant in Cardiff. :ayatollah:

I had a take away from Eurasian the other week and wasnt impressed, sauce was nice but the chicken was pretty horrid

Thought Id give them another go so gave them a call after a night city game to order a take away delivery and they said oh our driver was just thinking of going home, can't you come and pick it up :? neither of us spoke for about 10 seconds as I was speechless, then i just said dont bother

Star of Wales is always nice though :ayatollah:

Never heard of this place untill 3 weeks ago when i retured to manage the Coral betting shop after 20 years :o
Our shop is next door to the rockin-chair,and Don brought me in a meal on that saturday - chicken curry = Nice :D

I Have to say the food was spot on,and there is more to this place than just food...

Bar and Diso,pool tables,sky,them nights,private parties,ska and reggae nights,to name just a few :D
When there is a private party on,i was amazed at the beauty of the ladies who go to the rockin-chair ;)

That's right TC....... and I would just like to point out that the title of the thread is not a question.

Good call Annis, but I'd say Spice Island is best curry for eating in. For best curry for takeaway in Cardiff, it's Rumney Balti down on New Road.

Quite fond of the Indo-Cymru in Canton, though I haven't been for a while.
Shah in Winstone Road Barry excellent takeaway.
