Blaming everything else but the players, or himself!
How long can you carry on as a boss, telling underperformers they are fine? Not just that, they are warriors?
Lost his fuecking mind! You are on the production line. Let's say you have to finish off 1,000 assemblies and you regularly only achieve 821 per shift. You know you are not pulling your weight and are letting your mates down. And the boss turns up and says of you............
"The lad is doing his best. He turns up for work on time and tries. He'll feep working at it, the warrior that he is and one day, one day he will hit the 1,000 we all expect of him."
Yeah, right. More like, "Oi, pull your fecking socks up or your out!"
Which approach see's you try harder? Mollycoddled bunch of cnuts are hiding. Need a boot up the arse. Malky!!
