TEAM NEWS

Cardiff manager Malky Mackay may give Kenny Miller a return to the starting line-up after the Scottish striker came off the bench in their last game.
Midfielder Stephen McPhail, who has returned following illness, is set to keep his place in the first team.
Millwall's on-loan midfielder Nick Montgomery (calf) could return to Sheffield United because of his injury.
Otherwise manager Kenny Jackett has a full squad and could include Striker Shaun Batt who has returned from loan.
