There definately using there head, end of tax year, increase stamp prices everyone's panic buying stamps. advising there may be petrol strikes so everyone panic buying, I would how much they have taken in tax on fuel and stamps in the last week!

To be fair my work is literally a five min walk from my house and I drive buses for a living so transport isn't an issue, do most of my correspondence through email and ebilling so stamps aren't an issue for me...

There's no vat on stamps though?
