Am a member, not been for a while though. Don't forget a padlock for the locker. The classes are quite good, worth bookin yourself into them (99% are included in monthly cost)

Buy your own mate. You need it for the locker. They sell them at the gym(well they do up here), think they are £3 or something. The lockers don't lock otherwise. I'm a member up here, the 24hr opening comes in handy with my shifts. Some weirdos go in late at night though(me aside )

I'm thinking of joining as I'll be doing a lot of shift work next month. Anywhere to park tho?

Handing out flyers in queen street the otherday for that place, think it said £17 a month membership? Pointless me paying that to join seeing as I'd probs go once, ache like fuk the next day and never go back again lol

I'm a member, lots of cardiovascular, free weight machines, power plates and a weight room plus the classes are really good.

You can buy padlocks for £4 from the vending machines inside.

I also think there is a NCP validation machine which lets you use the car park nearby, but worth checking.

Try to book the classes in advance as these tend to get booked up pretty quickly.
