With it seemingly a given that Southampton will clinch automatic promotion from the position they're in, that leaves 10 teams to fight for the play off places and probably only West Ham and Reading for automatic.
Below are the remaining fixtures for the main play off contenders.
One factor you'll be able to see, and one that could be hugely pivotal is that the vast majority of teams above us all have to play each other, which will certainly result in points being dropped from our rivals - as we've always maintained if we keep our own house in order we should comfortably secure a play off position.
It's going to be an exciting finale, and with the weather forecast the way it is we're going to have some quality days out!
