Its disgrace and shouldnt be allowed. I would guess that Pompey are not paying anything towards it but still it seems unfair to those that are trying to stay up

Scapuzzi is a winger with pace, skill and trickery who went on loan to Oldham earlier this season. I saw him play in a cup match for Man City earlier in the season and he did alright, I mentioned him in a thread a few months ago saying we should be looking at players like him, I have no idea how he did for Oldham mind.

Just checked on wikipedia and Scapuzzi's final appearance for Oldham was as a substitute. If he didn't impress for Oldham then it's no big loss.
