20 Million Budget for Malky?

Carpet has bought up a thread he made in the summer.

But in there he made reference to Malky's 20mill budget.
were they the Malysians words, or messageboard / paper talk?
my maths standard is that of a 4yr old but even I can see that figure is some way off.......isnt it?

The £20m figure include's the wages of players and staff through the season. We've probably still got about £2m available from that?
