I'm just a coach these days.
I use to be a HW, so there was no need to cut weight.
Both my fighters last night were MW/84kgs and walk around at that weight.
Our first fighter won with a monster KO in the 1st
Our second fighter picked up a little injury very early on in the 1st round and I stopped the fight just to be safe. He is fine now.

I will do mate. Only been doing it a couple of weeks and he says it's "Epic" He prefers to train with adults as long as they don't go easy on him. He is the youngest there and they also do Thai boxing as well. So he wants to have a bash at that. I am gutted Karate has been put on the back burner but no one can take his black belt away from him and he can return at any time. But this will make him stronger mentally and physically.
If you ever go away on the forum or at an away game make yourself known to me Chief .

Reegan is only 20 years old. I have no doubt he will be in the UFC in a few years.

Hi mate - what's the minimum age that can train ? My boy is 14 and really keen, he does muay thai so has some idea of how hard you have to train.
Cheers

It depends on the child.
Sometimes MMA goes right over there head and they can't pick it up - They just get in the way then.
Other times kids pick up with without much effort.
