LETS BE HONEST ,WE CAN LEAARN A LOT FROM THE SWANS

AT one time not that long ago, we were playing a really nice looking passing game. We would be on the other players as soon as they got the ball and wouldnt let go untill we won the ball back when we lost it. Then we would build up out attack from a passing and holding the ball game. It was great to watch and got us results, and we were buzzing. The swans were playing the same kind of game ,but not as good as we were playing it .

Now things have gone from good to bad for us, and from ok, to bloody brilliant to watch for the swans. Like them or hate them, you have to be some kind of dickhead not to be honest and give them the credit for what they have done down there.

But what I want to know is what the hell has gone wrong with Malky! He has alwys said he will pick his team from the training field and how they put in there performance on it. Kenny has been off now as we all know for months, yet he keeps playing him.( ok just last night he didnt) We keep leaking goals in the last few mins, still he keeps the same line up at the back. The keep ball & pass game we played has gone , we cant even keep the ball, what goes on there ? the basics of football is pass ,pass ,pass, if you cant pass and get the ball where you wont it to go, say, 8 times out of 10 , then how good are you as a pro player ?.
Malky is new really as a manager do he really have what it takes to get a team up going again? We keep hearing O,we must learn from our mistakes!!, but we never do. We need to go back to our passing gme and keep the ball, like the swans do and we use to. We need to go back to basics, and start out game again like we did at the start of the season.

We used to play better football than the Swans?

to play the passing game you need width and to stretch the opposition from side to side to create the openings that they do...

we cannot play like this as we are to narrow, its too crowded were we try to pass and we constantly lose possession.... hence the ball over the top all the time as there are no options short..

there was one moment last night were we made around 30 passes which resulted in kev having a good shot at the end of it... it proved that we do have the personnel to play the passing game, just the set up and tactics dont allow us to...

We have the players to use and play the passing game with width, infact we were doing it at the start of the season, we have conway on his ass on the bench, and even now we have Liam Lawrence that can go wide and put over some quality balls. Yes we did make a 30 move pass and great shot by Kev, and look what happen, the were all over the place, that move really mad the sky blues panic. So if we can do it once we can do it more, but the only problem is, we cant get our passing to go where we want it to. Lets face it most of the time our passinng is bloody sunday afternoon football.
