say what you like lads but his treatment of 'certain' players this season hasn't been good. Its only because the fans have been calling for him has Earnie now come into the frame. There are many others who haven't had a sniff of first team action because of his stubborness.

I think this is a fairly reasonable question. It wouldn't suprise me, there is nothing MM can do wrong in most peoples books on here. Towards the players he seems extremely aggressive at times and at others nice as pie. Not someone I would like to work for tbh :|

Maybe so, but football managers have to be different from managers in other jobs, though, surely?

I think they need to be aggressive, at times, to make sure the players don't get complacent - which is where some of us felt a certain ex-manager of ours failed.

I think we are missing a captain on the field - a true captain who really takes charge when the going gets tough. Why our midfield was dropping so deep last night was beyond me and someone needed to tell them to spread out and push up, because Malky can't do it all from the touchline. Mind you, if he feels they aren't listening to him, then it's time to drop certain players for a game or two and see what happens......
