My dear llangainbluebird i would prefer if he could be persuaded to stand aside and let a far more experience manager to take over,i would see the sense in Malky being the assistant manager to the new man to learn and gain more experience but i doubt Malky going for that,and because the idiots offered him a four year contract we are stuck with him
