I think he's fucked up big time he's passionate but inexperienced with no plan 'B'

1 Not getting any players in, in January

2 Not resting players and giving the youngsters a chance like in the beginning of the season.

3 Playing 4-5-1 at home

4 Not getting any loan players in (except Liam Lawrence who's pants)

I trust him.

I still think hes the right man for the job but hes definitely made some bad errors recently. Hopefully he will learn from them and not be stubborn like out last manager. I cant remember the last time weve played so poorly at home 3 games in a row!

certainly not clued up how to see out games ie using all subs to waste time also how come marshall never falls on the ball to waste time like many visiting goalies do
