Blake, just seen the Ipswich goals and you can argubally blame Gerrard for all 3 goals. He wasn't tight enough for the first and third goals, leading to the crosses for both goals and the second goal he got drawn across to the ball leaving Chopra completely unmarked behind him. Gerrard deserves to be dropped, he's fine over a few games but then goes back to his normal ways of concentration lapses and making silly mistakes. Gerrard simply cannot be trusted.

Darcy all day for me. His distribution is shite but his positional sense
is excellent and I think he will be very good tucked in behind Turner.

It may be a coincidence, but the old demons are rising again.... Dave Jones is a top football manager (we just both needed a change) and he sent him out on a season loan when we had no centre halfs.. perhaps MM has just discovered the same thing.
