Can you buy the extra ticket online?

Thought this problem was sorted but not allowing me to buy 2, even though I'm existing ST holder and renewed for next season.

I tried to do it online yesterday but couldn't, I phoned Cardiff City ticket office and they told me I had to go down there in person to get the extra tickets. Went down today and I was the only one in there so didn't take me long.
