Anyone done it? If so how old do you have to be and whats it like?

I think it's over 18. I did it last year. It is hard & be warned it's more like 12k + rather than the 10k they advertise.

Thats what lots of people have said. I've run 10k before so I think I could do 12k (struggling)

The running is fine but the obstacles you have to complete SAP the energy out of you. The wall at the end is not that easy either
