Anyone any ideas re qualifying for European Football as a result of reaching the Carling Cup Final ?
Birmingham obviously qualified last year as winners. if Man City were to get through they would probably be in the Champions League. If Liverpool get through and did not get Champions League football would we qualify if we were runners up to Liverpool.
Safest route of course is to be winners !

only way is to be winners! european place goes to next highest placed prem league team!

thought welsh clubs weren't allowed to represent england in europe

hope i'm wrong coz it would be mental to go away again with cardiff in europe ......

if we were to win the carling cup , theres no reason why we wouldnt be given a european place.. last time platini said that if we were to have beaten pompey we would have been granted a place in europe.
lets not get carried away. lets just enjoy our day out.. we are never going to beat man city, but liverpool are a mixed bag and you never know which side is going to turn up.
