Gaining interviews with players

How does one go about doing so? Through the club, or the individual player?
Seeing as everyone seems to be getting interviews with players, I think my friend Christian Youth Group are also entitiled to this privilage? As are Abercwmflipflop CCFC Supporters Brigade.
