Really interesting interview with Mackay here, articles like this just further emphasise my belief that we have a potentially top draw manager at this football club, sadly it reemphasises how bad and how shoddy the Dave Jones era was - makes you wonder how he lasted so long at the club!

Brave call by the board at the time to appoint Mackay but what an inspired decision to do so! As the article says, Mackay will be a Premier League manager at some stage, its inevitable, lets just hope its with us!

Thanks for posting that. That was a really interesting read, I didn't realise things were so poor last season with no medical room, no diet plan etc. Interesting with all his books as well. One day Malky will have an autobiography out and it will be one hell of a read. Malky is so thorough with everything, he puts so much research in and the Malaysians must surely know if they back him he will spend the money wisely and bring in the right players to give us that extra push for promotion.

In a lot of ways this surely puts to bed any doubts some may have about the Malaysians not backing Mackay, they have embraced Malky's vision of how the club should be ran and have backed him sufficiently! Its not just about players, the backroom setup is equally as vital!

With Malky at the helm, promotion will be achieved!
