REFEERING STANDARDS TODAY!

just saw the penalty decision given against aaron ramsey today and found it quite shocking! ... he`s very lucky that dyer didnt do damage to ramseys leg! ..... when you take the goal we had disallowed last tuesday and other bad refeering decisions we see on the box week-in week-out these days, then its quite obvious that the game is way to fast these days for middle aged men to referee! ... i really believe its time there was acadamys for young teenagers to become referees when they leave school, kids that maybe aint good enough to make their local teams but like me LOVE THE GAME! ... that way we could have much younger and fitter referees in the future! .... whether thats a crap idea or not, something needs to change because im getting really fucked off with it all.
