Carling Cup Final v Manchester City?

Hey guys , i always come on here and i have just made a Account so if anyone could message me on how to help this would be fantastic!
Anyway , i was speaking to my father , half bluebird half yid. He told me if we got the the Carling Cup final and played Manchester City we would get a euro licence and automaticly be instated to the Europa League via Manchester Citys Champions league status if they finish top 4 this season ( Very Likely )
I was wondering if anyone had information on this because im very curious and nothing has come up on Google.
