Love what Malky has been saying in the press. Also Ratcliffe (as much as he's a useless pundit) hit the nail on the head when he said we now have a team not a collection of ego's.
For the first time for many years we now have a team. Not a collection of individuals or a manager who takes an annual 'punt'... but an actual proper hard working team, with a plan, a focus, a passion and a respect for the shirt.
I love the fact Malky thinks very hard about each signing... yes it takes longer but he is scientific in his approach to team development, team balance and team dynamics.
C'mon city. Palace are there for the taking and it'll be teamwork that does it.
