Diouf deal still on?

According to the news Diouf is going to Wigan. But there is a new thread on twitter saying he is on his way to Cardiff. Does anyone know if there's any truth in this?

Totally agree Tone

If we go for loans I'd rather loans that we actually have a chance of making permanent signings of. I don't wan't to see the likes of Diouf coming here just to get games for Man Utd's benefit. Especially with the excellent team spirit we have at the moment, I'm sure that's s huge factor in our good form, I feel a high profile temporary loan may upset things.

Still not gone out on loan yet,but interest from Germany now...
