Just booked my ticket for palace home, had to do it over fone as i live in west wales..
Charged £1 booking fee and 50p card fee!
Never had to pay them charges before!
And I had to ring twice as the first time they didnt answer amd it cut off.. and spent 15minutes for the pleasure the second time!
