West Brom ticket help

I have 3 away memberships-tried to buy online last week and again today. It keeps telling me i dont have enough privileges to buy these tickets online.

That happened when I tried for Watford tkts!!
Phoned them instead

i phoned them in the ticket office.i find it easier to sort things out with them by phone
