For some strange reason I've got the urge to buy a goose this year. I've never actually tasted one though. Does anyone know what it taste like? Am I wasting my time or what?

They are alot of hard work mate, you have to clean them every weekend and they nip at you alot. If I were you Id kill it and have it for Christmas Dinner.
Not had it myself but iv heard it's very dry, But so it Turkey, Who Knows?

A BIT LIKE DUCK BUT VERY VERY GREASY USE THE FAT FOR THE ROASTERS LUBLY JUBLY

I love duck and easy to cook but It never seems to have much meet on it

Greasy & not a lot of meat for my liking. Tried it once, perhaps its an acquired taste.
