Goose?

For some strange reason I've got the urge to buy a goose this year. I've never actually tasted one though. Does anyone know what it taste like? Am I wasting my time or what?

They are alot of hard work mate, you have to clean them every weekend and they nip at you alot. If I were you Id kill it and have it for Christmas Dinner. :D

Not had it myself but iv heard it's very dry, But so it Turkey, Who Knows? :P

I love duck and easy to cook but It never seems to have much meet on it :?

Greasy & not a lot of meat for my liking. Tried it once, perhaps its an acquired taste.
