What does it mean on arsenal where it says Rangers FC own 0.2% of them

Our mega-rich owners are obviously supporting this Club and have a long term
strategy for Cardiff City, they have a blueprint and a budget and are not going
to veer too far from their business model, because it works. But... we know he is a
very rich bloke so many of us feel he should 'speculate' to accumulate (me included)
Mainly because we are all buzzing at the pace things have taken off under Malky
Mackay. We want more, we know our football and can see how close we are to being
on a different level in this division

What we all seem to be forgetting is that Vincent Tan has been 'running' this Club for
just over a year.

Look were we were when he took over and the riddling fucker got the boot!

I dont suppose this bloke became a billionaire overnight, but he aint like one of them
'spend spend spend' lottery winners..

I feel more secure with him running it than someone like that King of Bling Michael Carroll
