Is it worth a gamble?

I'm not going to be sitting in my usual seat for the Palace game so i'll be ordering 3 tickets in either Canton 105 or 106 close to the back on 30th December when ST seats go on general sale. But what i'm worried about is will all the ST holders near the back of the Canton book their own seat, so when I go to order mine i've got to sit near the front (shit atmosphere)
Any advice?
Is it worth waiting because this is probably going to be one hell of an attendance?
