CAN'T SLEEP,DOCTORS ADVICE

Been having trouble sleeping, so asked the Doc for some help, don't know why I bothered, he told me to me to forget medication, and just drink a glass of milk after a hot bath.
Glass of milk, I couldn't even finish drinking the hot bath, I got up for fifteen pees during the night, mad i tell you, mad.
