Fine by me, too. We've "won ugly" against Forest and Brum, but we know we've played slick, entertaining football against others.

A very good season so far, but with the injuries now and a small squad, there's no guarantee the happy days will continue. I have a lot of faith in Malky and his backroom staff, as well as the current squad, though, so let's see where we stand in a month's time, when we have the opportunity to bring more in.

Grinding out these tight 1-0 games is great for the team's belief and confidence....if we're in the playoff lottery mix at the end of the season then we'll be much better mentally prepared than we were under Jones.....we're made of stern stuff under Malky

City dont panic any more.

the defenders keep defending, the midfielders keep
looking for openings, the strikers keep running the
channels and looking to get in behind, we keep the
opposition under pressure. ;)

We're a tough team to get any change out of.

Birmingham City will be there or thereabouts come May
and lets not forget, in a tight game... Whitts had the
keeper beat all ends up when he hit the post twice...

Thats how far away we were from winning 3-0 :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Yes defo, if we played that fixture last season, we would've lost it. :|

Both Forest and Brum just came and parked the team bus in front of the goals. Hopefully other teams will come and have a go and make an entertaining game out of it.
