He looks confident for 18,he's always looking for ball,could be top player for us.

Looks a good prospect as does the other Joe.

Nobody would have thought at the start of the season that we could grind out a 1-0 win against Birmingham with the two Joe's on the pitch. Ralls is a huge talent with enormous potential, he will only get better and better but he already plays like a 28 year old, not an 18 year old. He's comfortable on the ball, never gets flustered and his decision making is very good. I don't think the phrase "he'll learn with experience" can be applied to Ralls, as he never seems to put a foot wrong.

Nice to see the manager giving the younger lads a chance in the first team they need it to learn the trade.He played well for us didnt he.

It's ridiculous how much his physique resembles Joe Ledley at that age. As ngriffiths stated, he's confident and always looking to get involved which is priceless for players of that age.
