Personally I'd prefer to go with what we have than risk one of these types of players coming in. Obviously the benefits of Koumas coming in first time are an exception rather than the rule. I can't think of any other really successful loan signings other than Koumas as stated, O'Neill and Ramsey though, as good as they were, were just in for a short period and therefore very little influence in the grand scheme of things.

He was a great signing once and then came to us on trial but didn't play I believe.

I've tried to go for the last 5 seasons really since we stopped buying as many players and went more for loan signings. Anyone else I can't think of please add.

I've left out those that are actually good. Obviously a Chopra or a Bellamy would be most welcome into this team. The players I mentioned were loan signings that added fack all and peed us fans off.
