I am an ambassador season ticket holder, but why have I been sent tickets out by ccfc, for the Blackburn game?
Why haven't they just been added to my St card?

Have u bought tickets for ur normal season ticket seat or for elsewhere in the stadium?

They have also sent me out a paper ticket for own ST seat !

I thought they had sent tickets out for myself and my 2 boys, but at a closer look they had just sent 3 booking receipts. And a little note saying cards are activated

When i rang through she said she has put it on my card. Mind you i am sitting in my own seat. Did you change seats ? if you have that would explain it.

For my usual seats
Make sure they are not just receipts for tickets coz thats what I got but then a note saying my season card has been loaded with the game.
