Just been contacted about a job at Jigsaw Insurence Marketing and they said they will ring me this afternoon for a Telephone interview.

Please, Please, Please could someone give me any tips/hints on what they are going to ask me and what will they be looking out for in the telephone interview.

probably going to ask you about situations where you have delivered certain levels of service and overcome certain problems etc. just get some made up scenarios about how you have been key in a part of a team etc.

it all depends what the company does really.

eg.can you give an example of when you have delievered good customer service
OR can you give an example when you came accross a problem and managed to overcome it?

just make sure you answer the questions they ask you, it sounds simple but 70% of people will blabber on, finish there answer, and in the end it had no relevence to the original question

also put on a james bond accent.....who doesnt like james bond
