Makes me laugh .

Having been through the courts a number of times Lol.My humble opinion is there will only be a court case if both parties barristers tell their clients they have a case.
If one of the parties is advised they do not have a case then an out of court settlement will be advised.
All of us peasants who visit this board should take what both parties involved tell us with a pinch of salt.
Big business people always speak with fork tongue.

I have to agree there is a lot of truth in what you have just written, but I know who I would be backing in the next court case or settlement :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

No, question was asked and has been asked and not been answered. Simple really. I'm an educate guy I know a question and an answer when I see one.

Not allowed to express an opinion without being labeled a sniper or troll by a keyboard warrior?

I'm just wondering who should be worried. He won't say. Though he says there's nothing to worry about a little later.

Aye I dont go into someones house and say the carpet is the wrong colour.

Anyway Faint lets just say your question was genuine. Why do you suspect those two to be worried?

People being worried about something out of their control makes as much sense as a bankrupt accountant.

The truth will out, whatever it may be. I think I can guess who has the momentum right now though

The one thing which has baffled me for a long is,If TG and VT think they are liable for£20-30 million why have they propped up the club for the last couple of years?

They are not liable for the money. If they had more than 51% of shares then they would be.

Anyway I think I know what you are getting at. Why are they propping the club up with this debt hanging over it. Well they came in when promotion was on the cards so their was a good incentive. As we know to our pain promotion never came so why are they still hanging around? It is possible you know that they might actually like our club.

Here he goes. Anyone who has a difference of opinion to annis or carl must be a sniper from ccmb.

TG/VT wouldn't be personally liable for the debt Cardiff City FC (the company) would be.

As a limited company if CCFC were liquidated then TG/VT (Along with all the other shareholders) would be liable for the value of their shares only and at current rate I would suggest that's about f**k all.

Vincent Tan. No question.

'Unsecured loan'

Is a loan secured on a 'promise of repayment' or on 'creditworthiness'

Its safe to assume Cardiff City's credit rating will have been shit. So the 'promise' comes into effect!

Would another court case with the kind of lawyers multi-billion dollars can buy expose Sam as a
maverick who blagged a massive loan on behalf of Cardiff City Football Club???
Lets NEVER forget (please) Sam genuinely loved this Club, and wanted us up there with the best, and
believed the new ground and the impetus it brought with it could really get us up there!! With THAT
in mind.. perhaps Sam thought Premiership football would give him that big chunk of money that
could clear all our debts at the same time!!! I cant fault him for that.

But its the 'on behalf' bit that I reckon our Vinnie (cos thats who he is now) will be focusing on i reckon!!

If Sam had a conflict of interest with Langstone then maybe its a chink that is going to be
brutally forced open with a Malaysian crowbar

every other fucker has had his say :D I just thought id hit the newer thread and be topical :ayatollah:
