Not trying to be funny, honest, but what's the difference between a full English and a full Welsh, or Full Irish for that matter? Presumably, a full Scottish involves a deep fried Mars bar.

Loads of different variations - lavar bread being one of the additions to a welsh breakfast (sometimes even cockles and such like).
Others have different things like black and white pudding, liver, potato farls or potato cakes, oat cakes, etc etc

No votes for Ulster. Someone get Warren Feeney on here (I actually nearly voted for it - it is very similar to the Irish one, apart from the use of soda farls over potato farls).
