Good luck to Clive "The Loovenator" in his running of the Lloyds TSB Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday morning
Superb effort by Clive, Claire and the members of this great Message Board in raising over £1500 for the MS Society
I salute all who have contributed and remind others it's NOT too late to make a contribution
Also, personal best wishes to my good friend and colleague 'English Brian' Williams for the same event. He might be from the wrong side of Offah's Dyke but his newborn son (delivered at the Royal Gwent a few short weeks ago) means he now has a lifelong allegiance to Wales whether he likes it or not!!!!
He'll appreciate this message....not!!
