What is your opinion of this Video. On one part you will see the Police charge the rioters and they run like f**k. But then the Police back off and they all come running back. They knew then they could do what they liked

They need to send the lot of them down the pit for a days work. After a shift down there they'd be too knackered to be out on the streets.

its called containment the police have already lost control of the area so they contain the problem to stop it from spreading
when they get the order from their superiors after their superiors decide taking the streets back into their control can be done with as little risk as possible they will take the streets back.

You could tell the rioters hadn't a clue:
@ 2.51 they missed an opportunity to hijack a bus while it was in a 3 point turn manouver.
Catching that bus and then setting it alight would have blocked the ob out of that road for hours....eejits.
Apart from that mobile phones, trainers and bling innit?
