Had a cardiac arrest yesterday playing for Brann in the Norwegian League...brought back to life on the field and now in hospital in a "Stable" condition. Only 27 years old....as the saying goes "live for today as tomorrow is not yours" :o

Problem with athletes today is that they are so fit it is a danger.

I had mates who thought in the Falklands. They had to yomp/tab (march) across the island because the Chinooks that were meant to carry them into battle had sunk with the ship that sailed them down there. The guys that struggled with the yomp/tab were the real fit ones without an ounce of fat on them. It just makes me wonder if being too fit is not good for you.
