Im a coach who is looking for ways to test my players fitness levels i know of the obvious ones such as the 12 minute run and multistage fitness test
Any others you know of would be great cheers

Miller test - 20 metre run 5 mins to cover as much ground as poss. similer to bleep, but no cd and only 5min to run as far as you can in metres (20m)

Balke run - basic boring 15 minute run, marked on some typpe of track/running machine to see distance covered.

illinois - more of a sprint/agility test....
