TRAINING NOW 4PM on SUNDAY

All ,
After much deliberation about the best time for training we have plumped for 4pm this Sunday
As you can imagine timescales are short but i think it's the right decision to go for 4pm
obviously won't please everyone but hopefuly most can make it
by the way i'm bringing a fitness coach with me
