no mate, its not fake tan. It was discussed before and it was discovered he had a skin disorder which caused it.

Oh fukn el, how bad do I feel now! I honestly didnt have a clue about this, dont know how I missed it?!? Maybe be an idea if the mods deleted this thread just out of respect for him - I apologise for writing it in the first place
