I wouldn't be surprised if Malky failed to bring anyone in,now if that did happen,i would like to think that a fair number of people on this board would get their heads out of the sand and ask why?

2007–2009 Sheffield United 62 appearances and 34 goals
2009–2010 Stoke City 38 appearances and 9 goals
2010–2011 Rangers 7 appearances and no goals
2011 Blackpool (loan) 9 appearances and no goals

Like Ive stated before with Beattie, if we sign him it smacks on desperation.

Were Beattie and Miller together at Rangers :?:

idk :?
but it clearly didn't work if they was 16 games and no goals beattie.

welcome him as an addition but I wouldn't feel it's worthy off crossing off one loan signee we ideally need to bring in

If you bothered to read all the comments not everyone thinks Beattie would be a good signing.. actually I think we would be dredging the bottom of the barrel if he's the best Malky can sign...!!

Used to be a good player but sorry I disagree. If he couldn't score goals for Rangers in that crap league then I don't believe he has what it takes anymore to be a success in the Championship.

I agree. I'd be wary of any striker that cannot score goals in Scotland.
Particularly as he is also playing for the top team in the league against
cannon fodder every few weeks

We need someone who can lead the line, hold the ball up and bring
the midfield into the game. But we need goals from him too. Two
strikers scoring goals with Whittingham, Conway, Cowie and Conway
supporting them will shit teams up in this division

I have nothing but faith in MM. In the past I would have questioned this particular signing, but such is my belief in our manager, he will get the very last bit of footballing quality out of KB. Come on in!! Another addition most importantly. :ayatollah:

Id defo have him on a free transfer aslong as his wage demands are not too much ..... he was on loan at Blackpool last season but seeing as they now have Phillips then they wont be back in for him , also depends on how much football he's played this season and if he can hit the ground running or have to play several weeks catch up in terms of fitness ?
