IS ANYONE ELSE WORRIED......

That Whittingham and the others only signed three year deals

Surely if they were as committed to City as they say they are, they
would have signed for ten years, with a get out clause for the club
if they suffer a bad injury.

I'm also a bit worried that Don Cowie is not all that tall, what if he is
needed as cover in goal or something??

i think its ridiculous that we have signed a 6foot 4 inch centre half. its obvious he will hit his head on the cross bar during goal line clearances.
i suspect that was why he was out injured when he played for coventry.
also with as you point out cowie being so small whats to say turner wont run right over the top of him in our penalty area and put them both out for the season.
worrying times indeed

Good point on Turner, seems like the club never learn any lessons....

I'm worried that we're playing in blue this season. That colour's brought us nothing but bad luck. Look at all the promotions we've missed out on, relegations we've suffered and cup finals we've lost, all playing in blue. We should change to white, it brought swansea good luck

My granddad introduced me to the City in the mid 60s and he always said "City life", you have to love her to understand the hurt and pain that goes with it but you'll never have a dull moment with her.

Your missing the big issue here! We all whine and complain about not getting the players in during the transfer window, yet you are all more than happy to get the beer and burgers at half time at rock bottom prices! I'm my opinion if the club wanna keep up with their super fan friendly bar pricing policy, tip jars should be added to the area for the super hard working CCS catering team!

I am really worried that one day when it comes to half time, hudson wont have time to run to the dressing room and back again in time for the second half.
